Refund policy

Our shoes and accessories can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt, provided they are new, unworn and returned complete in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. For a return made after the 14th day, only the price of the items is refunded (not the delivery costs, nor any import duties and taxes).

For any exchange or return, please fill in the exchange or return form and include it in your parcel, sent to: Chatelles, 94 rue du Bac, 75007 Paris, France. Exchanges and store credit are also available directly at the boutique.

Archives pairs can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Bespoke orders and pairs embroidered with initials can be neither returned nor exchanged.
